It may take up to 5 business days from the date a qualifying purchase is displayed on your online banking profile for cash back to appear on your Ampli account. Please check that your debit and/or credit card(s) are correctly linked by going to your Profile in the Ampli app.
Your Profile can easily be accessed by clicking on the profile icon at the top left corner of your Ampli app and selecting the “Manage linked bank accounts tab.”
