If your account is linked correctly, then please keep in mind that it may take up to 5 business days from the date a qualifying purchase is displayed on your online banking profile for cash back to appear on your Ampli member account. If after 5 business days you still don’t see your transaction(s) posted, please use the in-app support chat, and we can help you out.
