It may take up to 5 business days from the date an eligible purchase is displayed on your online banking profile for cash back to appear on your Ampli account. Please check that your bank accounts are connected by viewing your Connected bank accounts.

Your Connected bank accounts screen can easily be accessed by tapping the PROFILE icon at the bottom right corner of your Ampli app and selecting the Connected bank accounts tab in the menu.
