Currently, the only way to reactivate an Ampli account is to let us know through the in-app chat. We'd also love to know why you previously deactivated your Ampli account so that we can improve the Ampli experience for you.

We understand that some members may have been deactivated by our system. However, if you feel this was done incorrectly, please let us know and we'll be sure to help you out.
