We've noticed that some of our members may face issues when trying to receive an activation email from Ampli using a Hotmail or Outlook email address.
We've created a list steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check all folders, including but not limited to: inbox, junk/spam/trash, and any other folders that you may have set up
- Search for the sender: email@example.com with the subject line reading as: "Ampli Account Activation"
- If you are still unable to receive the email please follow the link below to add the Ampli email address [firstname.lastname@example.org] to your safe sender list: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/block-or-allow-junk-email-settings-48c9f6f7-2309-4f95-9a4d-de987e880e46#bkmk_safesenders
Alternatively, you can also switch over and sign up for Ampli with a Gmail account.
